📋 Core Documents {#core-documents}
- Creator Terms of Service (contractual for creators): Creator Terms of Service
- Privacy Notice (data handling notice): Privacy Notice
👥 For Creators (high level) {#for-creators}
- License is purchased per avatar project (one license per protected avatar package).
- You are responsible for your avatar sales, storefront, and your customer relationship with End Users.
- The Plugin is provided via documentation and a delivery mechanism; hands-on integration/support may be discretionary or offered as paid services.
- Support is best-effort; no SLA or uptime guarantees are provided ("AS IS" / "AS AVAILABLE").
- The Plugin and/or specific Unity/VRChat SDK combinations may reach End of Life (EOL); continued compatibility may require upgrades.
👤 For End Users (high level) {#for-end-users}
- End Users do not purchase the Plugin directly from Dummics; they use it only as part of a protected avatar obtained from a Creator.
- You may use the protected avatar on your own VRChat account, subject to the Creator's sale terms and the activation/use conditions described in the Creator Terms.
- Key restrictions include: no sharing of avatar files or activation codes, no multi-account use, and no attempts to bypass or tamper with activation checks.
- Access may be suspended or terminated for violations or if the license is invalidated (e.g., refunds/chargebacks, fraud, piracy, or abuse).
🔐 Data privacy (high level) {#data-privacy}
- The system processes limited identifiers for license verification and anti-abuse, including VRChat user identifiers and processed/hashed device/network identifiers, plus activation logs.
- See the Privacy Notice for details on what is collected, why, and retention.
